Metric Precision Machine and Engineering, LLC traces its roots to 1973 when its predecessor company was founded. Since that time, the company’s singular focus has been to serve the precision machining needs of the aerospace and defense markets. Our core competency is manufacturing 3, 4 and 5-axis, complex, tight tolerance milled and turned machined parts. Our unique combination of lathes and mills enables us to deliver unparalleled capability in the manufacturing of parts for both fixed and rotary winged aircraft. This core competency allows us to manufacture parts to a broad range of specifications and metals.

Located in Gardena, California, we currently manufacture parts and assemblies for a wide variety of programs including the Boeing Apache; MD500, 600, 900; Boeing 737, 747 and 777; F-18 E/F and Northrop Global Hawk. We have clearly set ourselves apart from our competitors by producing superior quality parts, utilizing exceptional technical skill and consistently making on-time deliveries.

Our Quality Department is committed to exceeding customer expectations while maintaining certification compliance to ISO 9001:2000 and EN/JISQ/AS9100:2004.

We have implemented the rigorous protocols required to manufacture Flight Safety Parts which meet the fracture critical and durability requirements set by our customers. We have an experienced Assembly Department that is meticulous in turning out Flight Critical Assemblies.

Our leveraging of processing and information technology is evidenced by our installation of a new quality documents imaging system (Adocs) and a state–of-the-art ERP System (Epicor 9).
